Any slip designated for "Commercial Use" will be charged $25.25 per foot per month; $50.00 per month wash down fee; as well as the apportioned Cam, Facility Use Fees, and HI GE Tax. |

$3.00 per/ft/day; Kama'aina rate: $2.50 per/ft/day |
Performance Fee, refundable upon termination of the mooring agreement, and equal to one month's total slip fee, is required at the commencement of the agreement.
Electricity to each slip is metered individually, thus you pay for what you use. Boaters are responsible for their last months charges at the time of their departure.
Water is included in monthly slip fees.
Pets: As of December 2002 the marina will no longer be accepting pets.
